I am a wife of 9 years and a mother to 4 beautiful children, age’s 21mths to 7years ,and I guess you could say I am a “mompreneur”. Starting my own businesses was a no brainer for me. I have always been someone who believed that a women’s place is in the home AND in the workforce.

To me there is nothing more satisfying than helping to raise my children spiritually, physically, mentally, and financially. I have spent the past six years devoted to the care and well being of my husband and children. This past year I decided that it was time, now that 3 of my 4 children are in school, to start working on something that will not only benefit my family, but also strengthen the woman I am meant to be. I have always been drawn toward things that make people feel better about themselves; and so Summer Kissed Tan was born.

As a woman, the way that I dress, the way that my hair is done, getting my nails done, and yes having a nice tan makes me feel better about myself. Starting a mobile spray tanning business satisfied several needs in my life. This business allows me to help others feel better about themselves by getting a summer glow that is not damaging to their skin. I am also able to help financially support my family. And most importantly I am showing my 3 girls that being a mom is about taking care of your children and taking care of yourself by following your passion, hence mompreneur.
